FarmerLogs is owned and operated by Dowhilesys ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

FarmerLogs is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to help agricultural businesses manage:

• Weather integrations

• Irrigation data

• Yield tracking

• Operational records

• Related farm management data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibility

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all data entered into the platform.

• You are responsible for verifying accuracy of agricultural, financial, and operational data.

• You will not rely solely on FarmerLogs for critical farming decisions.

• You assume full responsibility for crop planning, irrigation, financial outcomes, and compliance decisions.

FarmerLogs provides informational tools only and does not provide agronomic, financial, or legal advice.

4. No Professional Advice

Information provided through FarmerLogs, including weather data, analytics, projections, or reports:

• Is for informational purposes only

• May contain inaccuracies or delays

• Should not replace professional agricultural consultation

Dowhilesys and FarmerLogs are not liable for crop loss, revenue loss, or operational impacts resulting from platform use.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

FarmerLogs may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Cloud hosting providers

• Weather API providers

• Mapping services (e.g., Google Maps)

• SMS/email delivery services

• Data storage infrastructure providers

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for:

• Downtime

• Data inaccuracies

• Service interruptions

• API changes

• Security incidents at third-party providers

Your use of integrated third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Data Storage & Security

While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, you understand that:

• No cloud system is 100% secure.

• Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.

• You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials.

• You must immediately notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Dowhilesys is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Dowhilesys and FarmerLogs shall not be liable for:

• Crop failure

• Financial losses

• Lost profits

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Weather-related decisions

• Irrigation or yield miscalculations

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 3 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dowhilesys and FarmerLogs from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform

• Inaccurate data input

• Violation of law

• Breach of these Terms

9. Subscription & Payments

If applicable:

• Fees are billed in advance.

• No refunds unless required by law.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

• Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of the system

Users may terminate their account at any time. Data deletion policies apply.
